Telco I.C.E Corporation takes safety seriously and has an extensive Risk Management/Safety staff to deal with any OSHA or Risk Management issues. Telco I.C.E. Corporation prides itself on having one of the best Experience Modification Rates in the industry. Project safety inspections are conducted on a daily basis by Project Managers or Supervisors and any safety issues are corrected immediately. Risk Management is conducted at weekly meetings with Field Superintendents to identify and eliminate any potential risks. Comprehensive safety guidelines and policies are in place and any infractions to these policies are dealt with seriously. Enclosed, as Exhibits "A" and "B" are Telco I.C.E. Corporation's Safety Handbook and Safety Field Guide. OSHA 200 reports are distributed to Field Superintendents and service line Presidents on a quarterly and monthly, respectively. Accident reports/summaries are compiled monthly and categorized by: total company and project and subtotaled by field superintendent and foreman. All of Telco I.C.E. Corporation's Safety/OSHA records are available for review upon request.
